Formosa is an Art Deco era Chinoiserie lace panel.


Chinese motifs were a favorite of Art Deco designers and beautiful Chinese rugs and textiles were sought after during the 'Roaring Twenties.'


Our Formosa panel is a western take on traditional Asian design with stylized floral motifs assembled in asymmetrical groupings.


Formosa offers a stylish accent for rooms designed in the eclectic styles of the 1910s, 1920s and 1930s, and the clean lines of this pattern accent rooms of contemporary design. This lace panel is scaled for the smaller windows of early to mid 20^th century homes.
