The Seagull by C.F.A. Voysey
Cotton Madras muslin woven in Scotland
David Berman of Trustworth Studios, a long-time friend and collaborator, assisted John Burrows in creating The Seagull, a new Madras muslin design inspired by a border drawn by C.F.A. Voysey. It is available in widths of 18", 32" and 45", and in lengths of 54", 72" and 90". We can also provide custom lengths of short panels in the 18" width. C.F.A. Voysey is one of England's most celebrated Arts & Crafts architects. David Berman has been very generous in sharing his enthusiasm for this great designer. The collaboration of Burrows Studio and Trustworth Studios goes back nearly two decades, starting with The Stag, and Bird & Poppy, and the two artisans have examples of each other's work in their respective homes. |
