How To Order

Burrows & Co. is a small firm - when you call us you are not reaching a telemarketing operator. Very likely you will be speaking with John Burrows, the sole proprietor of J.R. Burrows & Co, he will try to answer any questions you have about our products. We normally keep office hours of 9:00 to 5:30, Monday - Friday. If we are not available to take a call, please leave a message on our answering machine and we will respond as soon as possible.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. However, we ask you not to send your card numbers via e-mail (for security reasons). After you send your order, please contact us by telephone or by FAX with your credit card information.

There is a $5.00 service charge for all C.O.D. orders.

Orders are typically filled within one work day, and shipped via UPS by ground service. Please inquire for the additional cost for next day or second day delivery if that is necessary.

Shipping Charges & Return Policy

If there is not sufficient stock on a particular item, we will contact you and let you know when the next shipment is expected from Scotland. Your credit card will not be charged for the sale until we are able to ship the order.
